From First Conversation to Insured Shipping
- Tell us about your pet. Share the story and the first, favorite and now—or forever—moments.
- Photo guidance. If the request is a fit, we send a secure method and guidance for reference photographs.
- Concept and quote. Cherry and the studio assess medium, dimensions, complexity, schedule, actual artist and price.
- 50% deposit. After you approve the proposal, we send a PayPal invoice or managed payment link. Please do not send payment before approval.
- Creation and review. Progress or sketches are shared at the stages agreed in your proposal.
- Final payment and shipping. The remaining balance and actual insured international shipping are invoiced before dispatch.
Most commissions are expected to require approximately 6–12 weeks. Your individual proposal is the confirmed reference. We never store your credit card details on this website.
