International shipping

Shipping is quoted separately after the final packed dimensions, weight, destination, carrier service and insurance level are known. Import duties, taxes or brokerage may be charged by the destination and are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise.

Packing record

We photograph the finished work and packing process before dispatch. Tracking and available carrier documentation are provided to the customer.

Inspection and damage

Please inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. If damage is visible, keep all packaging, the outer carton, labels and the artwork. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs so we can assess the carrier or insurance process. Do not discard packaging before instructions are provided.

Customs

We declare shipments based on the available commercial and customs requirements. We cannot promise zero duty or misstate a value.
